Lydia Ritenour – Massage Therapist – LMBT # 10433, Licensed Esthetician, Reiki Master

Lydia began her career as a massage therapist in 1995, after studying at The Myotherapy College of Utah, in Salt Lake City.  Over the years, she has grown to specialize in Neuromuscular Therapy, Pregnancy Massage, Geriatric or Senior Massage  and  Foot Reflexology and Reiki Energy Bodywork.

Her clients range from hard-core cross-fitters, runners, tri-athletes, and tennis-players, to the less-active “average Joes” suffering from muscle imbalances and chronic pain from desk jobs and work travel.

Being both an esthetician and massage therapist, she’s often asked if she prefers giving facials to massages.  She loves to do both equally.  Lydia incorporates Aromatherapy, Ayurvedic and Lymphatic massage techniques in her facials, so the process is focused on therapeutic relaxation as well as getting results for her skin care clients.  To view Lydia’s menu of Massage and Facial services go to LydiaRitenour.com
