Holly Adams, LMBT NC License #5614
Holly Adams is a licensed massage therapist at the Edmund Center of Massage. She graduated from the Edmund Morgan School of Neuromuscular and Massage Therapy in 2005 and has been dedicated to helping clients find both relief and relaxation ever since.
With a special passion for addressing trigger points, Holly combines therapeutic precision with a nurturing touch, ensuring her clients leave feeling both renewed and restored. She especially enjoys working on the hips and back, where she finds massage can make the biggest difference. Holly also offers her own unique specialty, the 70-30, which blends therapeutic focus with deep relaxation.
Her favorite sessions are 90-minute massages, because the extra time allows her to address concerns thoroughly while still creating space for full-body balance.
Outside of the treatment room, Holly is a proud mom of two teenagers and the happy caretaker of three dogs. Whether at work or at home, her energy is rooted in care, connection, and helping others feel their best.

Amber Swain - BA, LMBT NC License #7153
Amber graduated from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte, where she earned a Bachelor’s
Degree in Psychology with a minor in Philosophy. In 2007, she went on to graduate from Southeastern
School of Neuromuscular and Massage, where she built a strong foundation in anatomy and postural
analysis, and a love for Massage Therapy. Over the past 14 years, she has become a well-rounded
therapist, working in both Spa and Chiropractic environments. Amber is licensed by the state of North
Carolina, and certified in Prenatal Massage, and Cupping. Her massage style is a hybrid mix of Swedish
and Neuromuscular. She is known for her ability to provide the perfect pressure level needed to release
muscle tension with as little discomfort as possible. This allows her clients to receive all the benefits of
therapeutic massage and deep relaxation at once. Amber wants her clients to feel at ease, and believes
in having a thorough consultation to gain a clear understanding of their goals for each session. Her
philosophy on massage is: in order to achieve the best results from bodywork, both the client and the
therapist must work together to unlock the body’s innate ability to heal itself. You can call the office,
book online, or call/text Amber at (704) 248-1062
